Jewelry made of natural stone,

Gem stones and semi gemstones

Danish Design

I work mostly with stone which comes from Greenland

My jewelry is made using brass or precious metals, including gold, silver and rose gold.

The chains are silver or tiger tail wire. The pearls are fresh water pearls or natural stone beads.

Kungnat Mountain

Natural stone is a wonderful material to work with. Each grinding changes the appearance, sparkle and color of the stone. One never knows quite what patterns will appear when the final grinding and polishing are done.

On a trip to Ivigtut, approx.5 km. from Grønnedal, Greenland, I was introduced to the raw stone and became fascinated by it's natural beauty. I brought back 90 kg of rough stone aggregate to work with.

The cryolite mine in Ivigtut, now disused and flooded.

The Moon Stones I brought home from a trip to Kunai mountain, Greenland, where there are still many to be found.
